Advertising for Homestead Sellers · Nationwide
A general listing site puts your 20 acres next to every three-bedroom in town. Our audience is different. They follow us because they're planning a move to acreage: families who want to grow their own food, raise animals, and have room to breathe.
We'll feature your property on our website, in our newsletter, on Instagram and Facebook, and on the Call To Farms podcast. Selling it yourself or with any agent, anywhere in the United States.
You keep your listing, your agent, and your asking price.

Advertising Packages
A flat fee for advertising. Not tied to a sale, and not a referral fee.
How It Works
Send the property address, a link to the listing, and the package you want to admin@calltofarms.com.
We only feature homesteads that fit our audience, so we may say no.
Once approved, we send an invoice through QuickBooks. Payment is due up front.
Your feature starts once payment and materials are in.
We don't shoot photos or video. Sellers and their agents supply them.
Meet Tim Eng
If you decide you'd rather have an agent, Tim can list the property for you. And if a buyer finds your homestead through us and needs a loan, Tim lends nationwide.
Tim is The Homesteading Agent. He graduated from West Point in 2005 and served 16 years as an Army combat engineer officer. In 2022 his family moved from California to East Tennessee to grow their own food, and he now co-hosts the Call To Farms podcast. He's a licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty and a loan originator who lends nationwide, working with homestead buyers from the first search to the closing table.
